It's all gossip and rumors. Black people have large penis's compared to other people who aren't white. But one white penis is 3 inches longer then the average dark brown/african one.

1) blacks have higher blood pressure than others which keeps them semi-hard all the time: they are "show-ers" rather than "grow-ers". 2) being semi-hard all the time then tends to stretch the tissues promoting growth. 3) they have to be because in some regions the women are so fat the men couldn't penetrate them without a long tool.
